You will be working with dedicated account manager(s) from Outwork Media's team on a day to day basis. This will be your initial point of contact for all things related to your account.
Upon coming to an agreement, your first payment will be due. After that, you will be automatically billed every 30 days to the credit card on file. If cancellation is required, you must contact Wilson Media to request cancellation. From there, we will service your business until the end of the billing cycle before signing out indefinitely.
Depending on the size and scope of your single project you will either be asked to pay a 50% deposit, or the service fee in full. Once we have received payment, our work will begin.
Your account manager will be in regular contact with you. If you have a special event coming up, just let them know and they will help you share it with the world!
No, we have become masters of social media, facebook ads, and content creation and do not offer any other services. However, we have many connections in the marketing world and are always happy to point you in the right direction!
